Terms & Conditions

1. Education-Only Service

Gopher Lab Growth Academy provides educational services only. Our 6-month Go/Golang bootcamp + bonus 7th month interview prep is designed to teach backend engineering skills. Outcomes depend on each learner's effort, attendance, and individual circumstances.

2. No Job Guarantee

Gopher Lab does NOT guarantee any job, placement, salary, or income to any learner. The 7th month "interview prep & job assistance" benefit is a best-effort programme — we will introduce you to our hiring partners, coach you on interviews, and review your resume, but we cannot promise an offer or any specific compensation. The instructor is not liable if a learner does not get a job after completing the programme.

3. Fees & Refund Policy

  • Course fees are non-refundable once the enrolment contract is signed and the first instalment is paid.
  • Paid CEO consultations (₹10,000 each) are strictly non-refundable.
  • Skipped EMIs accrue late fees as outlined in the enrolment contract.
  • One-Time payment plan saves ₹50,000 vs the EMI plan and is the lowest-total option.

4. Attendance & Class Format

Live classes run every Saturday and Sunday, 5–7 PM IST. Learners may attend online (Google Meet link shared 1 hour before class) or offline at our Rohtak, Haryana campus (exact location shared 2 hours before class via WhatsApp/SMS). Recordings of every session are made available to enrolled students.

5. Code Playground

The in-browser Go playground is provided for educational use only. We proxy execution to go.dev and do not store or transmit your code beyond the duration of the request.

6. KYC & Privacy

Aadhaar and PAN numbers collected during contract signing are encrypted at rest using Fernet (AES-128-CBC + HMAC) and never returned in API responses — only masked versions (e.g. XXXX-XXXX-1234 and ABXXXX234F) are exposed to admins. We do not share your KYC data with third parties.

7. Certificates

Certificates are issued at our discretion based on attendance, mock-test scores, and project submissions. Certificates may be revoked if found to have been issued in error or in the case of academic misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, code samples, and recordings are the property of Gopher Lab Growth Academy. Sharing them outside the enrolled cohort is prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be adjudicated in the courts of Rohtak, Haryana.
