Refund & Cancellation Policy

The course fee is strictly non-refundable from Day One. Whether you attend one day, one week, or all 180 days — no portion of the paid amount will be returned. Please read the contract carefully before payment.

1. Why no refunds

We are a small, founder-led academy. Once you enrol we lock in faculty time, classroom slots, mentor availability and study material that is bespoke to your batch. Refunds would directly reduce time available to other paying students, so we keep it simple: pay only after you are 100% certain.

2. Plans & what they cover

  • One-Time ₹2,50,000 — full 6-month course + bonus 7th month interview prep & job assistance. Lowest total. Save ₹50,000 vs EMI.
  • Two-Part Split ₹1,40,000 × 2 = ₹2,80,000 — instalment 1 at enrolment, instalment 2 at month 3. Same 6+1 month curriculum.
  • EMI 6 × ₹50,000 = ₹3,00,000 — six monthly EMIs. Bonus 7th month is free interview prep + job assistance.

3. Failed payments

If your bank/UPI transaction fails, no fee is charged — Razorpay automatically reverses any held amount within 5–7 working days. Contact your bank for the chargeback timeline.

4. Duplicate payments

If you accidentally pay twice for the same instalment, email vikash@gopherlab.in with both payment IDs from Razorpay within 7 days. The duplicate will be refunded to the original source within 10 working days.

5. Cancellation by Gopher Lab

In the rare event Gopher Lab cancels the course (force-majeure, founder unavailability, batch under-enrolment), unused fees will be refunded prorata to the original payment source within 30 days. We have not cancelled a batch to date.

6. Mid-course withdrawal

Students may withdraw any time, but no fee will be returned and no remaining EMIs are waived (you remain contractually liable for the full plan you signed up for). Account access is immediately terminated.

7. Disputes

Any disputes are governed by Indian law and the courts of Rohtak, Haryana, in line with Section 11 of our Terms & Conditions.
